It has an offline desktop application, which matters if you would rather not involve a browser at all, and a lifetime licence at $69.99 that costs less than one ChatExhibits legal exhibit if you convert often and never need the legal apparatus. It also exports HTML. On the privacy question, it makes the same claim we do, and as far as its own page describes, it keeps it.
Everything that turns a readable PDF into a citable one: continuous Bates numbering with a configurable prefix, start number and counter width; an optional confidentiality legend on the same footer; a SHA-256 certificate with the source ZIP attached so the recipient can verify it; every voice note transcribed at no extra charge and then corrected by you, with each block marked reviewed or not reviewed; and media moved to a numbered appendix so the page count stays honest and each figure can be cited.
Bates numbering and an integrity certificate make a document citable and checkable. They are professional conventions, not legal requirements, and they do not decide what a court will accept. What Bates numbering is describes the first, and the sample exhibit shows both of them on a page rather than in a table.
